Iphone short Time worlds higest Sale in Darrang District
Unusual Rise in Sale of iPhones in a Minority dominated Dist of Darrang Assam.....
Guwahati/Mangaldoi/kharupetia, December 11: In a startling report it has come to light that sale of iPhones has risen exponentially in Darrang District of Assam. The region mainly dominated by the religious minority population of Assam has of late witnessed a mad frenzy for iPhones.
Reportedly so many iPhones have been sold in the last 10 days in Darrang Dist that top officials of the company have even visited the otherwise remote district of Assam.
SP of Darrang spoke to the media and said that Digital India initiative of Modi Government has been misused by a section of people in the district by trying to earn huge commissions through illegal online bank transactions in the Money On Mobile App.
According to sources, one can transact only 7 times daily through the Android version of Money On Mobile App whereas through the iPhone version of Money On Mobile App, one can transact upto 100 times daily. Since there is a commission of 3% on every such transaction, some unscrupulous people are using the loophole to earn commission money on such transactions.
Sources further added that these people have even formed a Whatsapp group and many of the people from the minority community have taken loans to buy iPhones.
Chandan Goswami, OC, Kharupetia PS said that so far they have arrested three people involved with the case. The arrested ones are Anuwar Hussain, Habidur Rahman and Haidar Ali.
Meanwhile, use of the particular Mobile App in the district has been banned by the authorities.
